old notebook cover

All the three thousand bands I adored while in junior high.
I'm not sure why I'm submitting it
Just thought it would be cool to share a unique notebook cover idea, I guess
Most of the bands are real bands
Phoenix Phire was my own band, back in the day

the black is pen and sharpie, and the white is actually carvings in the cover itself. it was a paper cover, and i used a pen that the writing tip had fallen out of. i'm sure you could duplicate the effect with a knife or something like it
